Businiess name:  Ben Franklin

Review content:
I was in the store and very politely asked to find something. One of the employees (who I found out later was a manager) pointed and said "aisle 4 or 5 on the floor". Well, I went to the left side of the aisles where she pointed and did not find what I was looking for. I went back to the register and she was there and a male employees, 30'ish, blonde hair, she had short blonde hair and bangs, a nasty disposition like she hated being there. Anyways, I asked the male, could you tell me where the Hanukkah items are. I said she told me aisle 4 or 5 on the L.H. side floor but I don't see them. He very sarcastically came out from behind the register and said "Let me take you right there since you can't find them yourself". I said, "This is not veyr nice customer service". He turned to me and said, "We are very customer service oriented". I disagreed and said if you were, you wouldn't be speaking like this. He looked at me and said "Get rid of the attitude". I said, you and the other employee have the attitudes. He then said "You know what - find it yourself - aisle 4 or 5 on the floor and he walked away from me. I then asked to see a manager and he said "ha, she's the manager" and again snickered and walked away. Disgusting attitude; terrible customer service - I have been shopping there for 54 years and I will never step foot in there again. Granted, they always have the "right thing you are looking for" but I'd rather not have it with that kind of customer service. Both manager and employee should be fired. I went to CVS after and I can't even tell you how wonderful their employees are. BIG DIFFERENCE. Customer Service doesn't seem to be a concern at Ben Franklin - or maybe they didn't like the fact that I was looking for Jewish items. Oh ya - also, I asked first about an item and it wasn't in stock yet. Instead of the manager telling me that - she said "we didn't get it yet". That was it. She could have said "We expect it in....... or whatever if she had any concern about Ben Franklin's customers'. I hope you lose a lot of business.
