Review content:
I have been a customer of Cebridge Connections off and on since mid-2001. The service I have received has always been good. I recently moved into a new apartment and made arrangements for new service and for cable modem for my internet service. The contractor that was sent out hooked up my cable quickly and it worked fine. But hooking up my cable modem for internet service for my computer was another story. He had a two page list of instructions and from the minute he sat down in front of my computer you could tell he didn't know what was going on. After he messed around for a while I asked him if I could help. He needed to enter information on line to get my service going. I followed the instructions on the papers that he had and in the end, I was semi-connected and that was mostly because someone else at the apartments had a strong signal and I was picking it up on my wireless connection that had not been disconnected. After he left I couldn't get back on the internet but about once every ten tries. Finally I called Cebridge and after 9 calls and talking to 6 different people I was able to reschedule someone to come out but they could not guarantee the same person wouldn't come out and I would have to wait another 4 days. I ended up calling a computer service person that came out, connected the correct lines, fixed the problems the contractor had created on my computer and got me on line within an hour. All I can say is ask if you are going to have a regular employee or if you are going to get a subcontractor like I did.
