A little late in writing my review......this was in June 2009 - I went to three BMW dealerships in the LA area (Santa Monica, South Bay & Beverly Hills) looking for a certified pre-owned 750iL. By far, from the minute I walked in the door at Beverly Hills BMW, I felt like I was put first. They were very friendly, attentive, honest and very patient (I am very picky) and I felt like the negotiation part was not uncomfortable (like it usually is)...they were willing to make a deal
