My garage door opener didn't work after I dropped it for some unknown reason. i called Wayne garage door, and the guy i spoke to was more than helpful. He tried to give me instructions over the phone to help fix it, and when that didn't work, he came over to see if he could help. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get it fixed, but he gave me a telephone number where I could call and get it replaced. Very helpful, I would recommend them to anyone!
