Really nice location & selection, but local management does not have very good business sense. Wouldn't convert a premium bed prepaid credit to a normal one even after I explained medical reason for the need. So I prepaid for a Cadillac rental and when I want to cash it in yet rent a Buick no dice...I can understand to a point, but come on. I have a legitimate reason, plus the cost is nominal to just give it away. I prepaid for a whole package and now i am out. Bad Business...how many times have I ever taken the time to warn people about a business...this is the first. The did not have a problem taking my money though. B. Towey
