I took my Penguin here for NYE so she could party like a rock star herself with her own kind.
I did my usual prep work before dropping her off. I called about a week in advance to see if they were even open and was told that they are open 365 days a year...very good to know. I even called again the day before NYE to confirm her stay and she was good to go. Upon dropping her off, she received a very warm, friendly welcome to minimize the freaking out when I left. And I left them with specific feeding instructions as usual which they did follow.
The next day when I called them to let them know I was coming to pick her up, they asked me if I wanted them to give her a bath, but I passed on it. When I picked her up, she had a spiffy bandanna on anyway and she smelled like doggie perfume.
I've been taking my girl here since she was a puppy puppy and feel very confident in the staff's care of her. If I can get service like this consistently, Wags 2 Whiskers will be well on their way to 5-star status
