Arrowwood Hills Coop is a great value! Members own the whole cooperative--the cost for my three bedroom townhouse is just over $500 per month. The neighborhood is solid--most families have lived here over 10 years--and we have a diverse mix of African-American, Chinese, South Asian, Latin American, and Caucasian members.
Don't be misled by tales of guns or drugs. These are no more nor less prevalent than in any other Ann Arbor development.
My family has lived here over twenty years and our children have graduated from college. This is the average family in Arrowwood.
