I have used this company for years and have always been treated fairly. This time i called because the water in my frig water dispenser was coming out in drops. They told me it would be $45 plus parts. Two guys came out and told me my filter needed to be replaced (I already bought a new one) then told me the valve needed to be replaced (I already bought a new old). They finally put a new hose on it and blew some dust off the coils - charged me $150. When I called the office, I was told that the charge was legit because of the replacement parts - there were two guys - and it was a Saturday (I could have waited until Monday - but they didn't ask). I hate it but I will not use them again.
