Review content:
While I respect their wine selection and their rules I wanted to briefly explain an experience I had the other day. Went into the store with my wife of five years. We purchase a high end bottle of wine and a nice bottle of champagne. These two bottles totaled over $100.00 alone. Went to check out, I was paying, and they asked my wife for her ID. Being that we were running a quick errand she did not bring her ID with her. Since I was driving I brought mine. I was midway through writing my check and already had my ID laid on the counter the gentleman (jake) refused to serve us because my wife did not have her license on her. Keep in mind that we were buying higher end drinks and that my we are both well over the legal age. I just wanted to let people know to save them the same embarassment we went through that night.
The other liquor store we went to had no problems and they will get all of our future business.
Embarassed in OP.
