We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I shop at Fashion Bug often, however it is NOT because they have quality clothes or good customer service. I shop at Fashion Bug because I have a VIP Fashion Bug credit card. With the VIP card I receive great coupons in the mail and access to a quarterly 50% off sale. Even when I have a $10 off a $10 purchase I have problems trying to spend the coupon. Many times the resctrictions are rediculous and it is almost impossible to find something to buy with the coupon. I do sometimes find great skirts and that makes the coupon worth using. One time I bought two pairs of shoes for just $0.84, but the lack of good customer service and rude employees make shopping at Fashion Bug a chore even when they have a great sale or coupon. I have also found that the quality of clothing is low. I have had many items develope holes or broken zippers within in months of purchasing. I have recently discovered that Lane Bryant is owned by the same company as Fashion Bug and that I can use my Fashion Bug credit card so I am going to give Lane Bryant a try and see if I can find better clothes and service. http://www.fashionbug.com
