I am visiting my son in Tyler and we have been coming into this MacDonalds just about everyday for lunch or either breakfast. Last week I commented on how great the restuarant looks with it's new look. But I guess as of today's date 21st Nov. I shall no longer come into your location. Every time I go in the same girl takes our order (I don't know her name - she is an African American Girl) ... and she messes up the order everytime ... this morning my son and I went in for breakfast and ordered ..... 1 #14 with bacon (this breakfast doesn't come with bacon) ..... 2 small oranges juices .... 1 scrambled egg and bacon with extra portion of bacon ..... well I had to repeat the order 3 times .... when the order came .... #14 - no pancakes, no sausage just egg, bacon and a biscuit. The other order only 1 portion of bacon.... so I go up to the counter and told her that stuff was missing from the order .... well after alot of bad looks from a gentlemen in the kitchen and just about flinging the food on the plates I get what I want. Two minutes later the Manager Karla comes up to me to tell me that I owe money because I confused the the girl with the order - she was quite rude ... I explained what we had ordered and that it was quite a simple order and if she was confused she should have said something .... Karla then said oh just forget it!!!!
For a manager I don't think that she really has the personality to deal with the public..... not once did she even apologise .... I also told her that everytime I come into the restuarant the same girl messes up the order ... last time she was complaining about her stomach while she was taking the order ..... I really hate to complain but I am a customer and I really don't want to be treated in that manner. This MacDonalds 2034 - Loop 323 - Tyler, Tx
