My last visit to this particular Office Depot location was definitely my last. My husband and I went into the store to look for some poster board that I needed for a project. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted--but it was so fake. The girl that said, "Hi, welcome to Office Depot, can I help you?" honestly sounded and looked like I was in the process of pulling her teeth. It was painful. We just told her we knew exactly what we needed and that we were fine. She didn't even flinch. As a matter of fact, I don't think she even heard our reply. We found the poster board pack that I needed and then proceeded to the checkout line. Yes line. There was ONE register open and 5 other people in front of where we were standing. The cashier was really slow and just didn't get a clue that she actually had a line of people waiting. A couple people were trying to make a "big" purchase and that seemed to confuse her even more. It took almost 10 minutes for us to get out of there. I was so irritated. Maybe the other employees/cashiers were on break, I don't know and don't care. I just know that I won't go back there unless it is a last resort. I will just find another store to go to. http://www.officedepot.com/ is here.
