Businiess name:  Party City

Review content:
Party city has a good selection of party supplies. I believe their customer service could be stepped up a bit. I asked several sales staff about a certain new item and was told "I have no idea" The answer was not the problem. The problem was that sales person did not bother to take the next step towards assisting me. Had I been the associate I would have at the least taken the customers name and # to check on said item. the new incoming inventory could have been checked. Or, how about ask me what the product was. At any rate, the sales person could have acted somewhat interested in my shopping experience. The associate was indeed very busy, resetting and merchandising. Having been in retail as a store manager, I always taught and expected my staff to put the customers needs first. I hope this note aids in your next employee meeting involving great customer service.
