My family and I have on several occasions stayed at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort. It has been given the AAA 5 Star award and honor too many years in a row now to count.
When we stay there as a family, we opt for one of the end suites that has the bedroom seperate from the living room and dining area. This room also has a huge whirlpool bathtub that is just nice to soak and relax in. My husband and I usually take the bedroom which by the way has a king size bed, and the kids we have them sleep on the pull out couches.
The dining area has a sink and refridgerator so you can bring your own snacks. We like to order out at least one evening while we are there and then if we end up staying 2 nights the other night we will take the kids to the firefly buffet which is awesome too.

Along with the hotel, it is a casino for adult entertainment, and a kids quest for kids to enjoy their time there too.
It also has a nice convention center for expos and business meetings.
