Review content:
Bulter county has to be one of the worst county's for inforcing the child support laws I've have ever seen or heard of. The county has been handling my child support case for the past 14 years. The farther of my child works construction and get's paid under the table. He makes around $600.00 a week. He lives localy and has a court order to pay child support. Not only have they let him get $30,000.00 behind in his payments. Every time I get him into court over it the Judge tells him if he don't pay he'll put him into jail, but yet every time they let him just walk out of the court room. I can't get the county to do anything about this. They wont enforce the court order to pay and they won't put him in jail for failure to pay.
