I have shopped at Payless ShoeSource for as long as I can remember! Which means a very long time!
I usually shop instore, but I have shopped online with them, and it is has always been a great experience.
Growing up in my toddler years (the '60's), I had to have shoes special made for me, or shoes were very difficult to find, because I have wide feet. Not big feet, just wide! However, shoes are made in wide width now, and are easily found.
My favorite shoe store just happens to be Payless, because here I can find the latest fashions, or past fashions, casual shoes, tennis shoes, boots, bags, and a little bit of other things too! Serves men, women and children.
If they do not have my style in the wide width, I just move up to a next shoe size, and that works, and fits!
If you would prefer, Payless will call the next closest store and ask if they have your certain style and size at their location, and they send you on your way with a $1.00 off coupon for your purchase at the other store. Payless is also eager to please it's customers. Easy returns or exchanges. I really enjoy BoGo days! Buy one, get the other 1/2 off. I have come home with some great bargains. Other times, you can get a survey on your cash register receipt, and after completing it by phone, you will get a code, and $2.00 off of your next purchase at Payless.
Not all of the stores in town are organized or super clean, but, they aren't that bad!
I admit that I have shopped at nearly every Payless here in town, and the employees are always helpful and pleasant.
