I have always had exceptional service at Costco in Westlake, wish I could say the same for the east side location (booo thumbs down on the eastside Costco). The staff at the Avon branch is sooo friendly and are very attentive. The most immaculate jewelry in town without paying an arm and a leg. I spoke with a manger at Costco and a couple years ago there was a huge write up about the jewerly in some magazine where they rated the quality 2nd to Tiffaneys. A++. Other Jewelers have looked at my peices and have complimented imensly which is very unusal if you didnt buy from them.
