Review content:
just know that you can not trust anyone who works at this dealership. i was told one thing about the price of a car and when i came back to actually buy it at that price everyone involved suddenly had amnesia about what was discussed earlier. i admit i should have gotten a written quote but i had never heard of a salesman accepting an offer and then a week later pretending like he never did. it seemed to me that if the price was not o.k. he should have just told me that from the start so that i did not have my father drive 100 miles to the dealership to help me buy the car and then be turned away.
also, as far as certified pre-owned acuras go this place is very over priced. i found the same car that i was going to buy there at a different dealership with 13,000 less miles on it that was priced $4,000 less than the one in oakland. even when offered a comparable price to the car on the other lot they would still not sell it although it was obviously over priced. it would be best for buyers to go to a different dealership where you may still be lied to but at least they will give you a fair price.
