My husband and I arrived 11/4/06 to the Folsom Strings for dinner at 7:30pm. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. We were seated at 8pm. There were three other table that were seated after us. Two of these tables (across the room) not only had their orders taken but received a beverage and silverware. We sat without anyone coming over to our table to even ask if we wanted something to drink let alone if we wanted to order. The couple sitting next to us had been seated after us and they also noticed neither of us were being waited on. And they noticed that the other two table had been. After waiting until 8:15pm my husband and I got up to leave. When I walked over to the counter to let them know no one had noticed us in 15 minutes one of the employess said "THANKS". This is the worst serves but actual we had none.
I guess they do not need our business as their employee made that very clear. Thanks to her too.
