Review content:
In our dealings with Lou Ann at Iowa Realty, we were not left with a feeling that we were dealt with in a truly professional manner. Our experience with Lou Ann was as first time home buyers. Apparently she was not pleased when we brought up that our loan would be a VHA loan either. To this day, I have a hard time not getting upset over our purchase experience 8 years ago.
