Chelsea Salon and Spa located at 1410 Market Street is the place to go for many beauty services especially an eye brow wax. Miranda does the best eyebrow wax in town. Call for you appointment before you need a wax, it's takes awhile to get in with her, but worth it. Chelsea also offers Aveda products. Their services include hair, manicures and pedicures, massages. They also cater to men and have a private room for them. Staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are fair for an upscale salon.
