Chung King Rick's Cafe is our favorite place to go for Chinese food or to grab takeout in Billerica, our home town. It's right in Billerica center, near the Walgreens, and has a lunch buffet most days and a dinner buffet on Sundays.
As far as takeout goes, the food is prepared quickly and always tastes fresh and tasty. I've always been particularly impressed with how willing they are to be flexible in terms of making substitutions on combination dishes, meaning that you can pretty much get exactly what you want.
The buffet is good - definitely not as greasy as many other Chinese buffets I've been to. The food again tastes fresh and there is a nice variety of dishes to choose from.
The service is always friendly and fast, as well.
