Businiess name:  Bamboo Fine Asian Cuisine
Review by:  Gillian C.
Review content:
Bamboo is a new Japanese / Chinese restaurant on Route 62 in Bedford (near the Mitre & the Sun campus, just off exit 26 from Route 3). It's apparently owned by the same folks who run the Mandarin Reading, another great Japanese / Chinese restaurant, with a fantastic lunch buffet. My husband and I visited Bamboo for dinner during the weekend, on a Saturday night so there was no buffet. This is NOT a fast food, greaseball Chinese buffet place. This is a nice Asian restaurant with decor & ambiance to match. You can sit at the sushi bar, or at the tables. The place was busy on Saturday night, but not packed, and there was no wait to be seated. I ordered off of the Japanese menu, he off of the Chinese. The food was absolutely delicious, the cocktails perfect, and everything was presented in a really lovely way. I'm looking forward to going back for the buffet someday at lunch, since I work nearby.
