I have been a member of the Lifetime Fitness for over 2 years and still love it as much today long after the honeymoon is over and the dust has settled as I did when we first joined.
In choosing a health club after the birth of our second child, Lifetime stood out because of it's superior child care center over so many other health clubs we looked at. Most health clubs have a small 10x10 room with 10 toys and a 16 year old kid that they call a child center. We knew it would be a daily battle to drag our children to the gym with us at any of these clubs. So when we found Lifetime with a their child facility which included tubes, a basketball court, a computer lab, a large play area filled with large and small toys, a separate area for small babies as young as three months, and always well staffed, we were sold.
My wife (much more the fitness enthusiast than me) loves the personal trainers, the group classes, and the well maintained and current equipment. I love the large sauna, 2 large hot tubs, the towel service, and the steam room which is available in each locker room. Our kids, in addition to being in love with the child center are also big fans of the family hours in the zero depth pool.
I could go on to rave about the Salon/Spa and the Life Cafe but this would start to sound like a paid advertisement, So let's suffice to say our entire family loves being members of Lifetime Fitness.
