Businiess name:  Cease Crisis Line
Review by:  S C.
Review content:
CEASE is not only a crisis line, but also a shelter for victims of domestic abuse. It's completely confidential and great care is taken to keep the shelter's exact location secret. It serves Hamblen and surrounding counties. All services are free. If you wish to volunteer for the crisis line, training is held several times a year. Sometimes, the group sponsors self-defense training. The Crisis line is a good place to call even if you're too scared to leave your spouse. The counselor will talk to you about your options and at least you'll know what help is available. The counselors are also very supportive and will always just listen. (Children are welcome at the shelter, too.)
