I needed a 2 inch long seem in the side of a boot repaired. The lady at the desk said it would look like new. It actually looked like a 12 year old got ahold of a sewing machine, stitching was criss-crossed back and forth over the seem making a 3/4" wide mess on the side of my boot. They didn't even charge me for the job, so I saved $5, but ruined a $55 pair of boots. I would have preferred if they would have given them back and told me they couldn't be fixed.
