this poor rating really should be on me, after all the office told me their policy was that I would pay and be reimbursed, but really, how irritating is that. I decided to go through with it because...well, I thought the idea behind this great serene dental office was worth it. I was wrong. they made me watch a stupid video on how to brush my teeth. did I forget to mention I'm not in second grade anymore? I kind of already know how to brush my teeth. a routine cleaning lasted like TWO HOURS LONG.
