we worked with Pamela Culp from this realty company when we were looking for a condo. she works with people selling huge properties and I'm sure makes big bucks on comission, but we never felt like we were any less than, even though we were looking at small inexpensive condo's. Pamela took us out to see several condo's herself on a Saturday monring (unlike other agents who send their assistant, or better yet, tell YOU to go look and get back to them) and in the end she got us the place we wanted even though there were THIRTY SIX bids on the place!
