When the water heater broke in our house in Del Mar, it leaked very slowly over a period of time. That resulted in major water damage, including a black mold infestation in 4 of our rooms. Work with our previous plumbers seemed to really drag out on this project, but when we switched to the Plumber Man, we were amazed at how fast and professional The Plumber Man was! They explained to me that they only hired very experienced plumbers and no apprentices, and it shows. When we first told him about the fireplace's gas line that was missing, with the drywall installers due to show up any minute, we were impressed that they sent their plumber Reuven out right away without any emergency charges or long "service windows." It was done within two hours of calling! Later, he installed all the Hansgrohe and KWC valves for our three bathrooms and outdoor shower, as well as all the toilets, in just three days. Since then I've hired The Plumber Man to help with repair and remodeling projects on our investment properties. When two of our La Mesa tenants had floods in their townhouses from the old plumbing, he quickly arranged for a water damage company to start drying things out and minimize our losses. We might have just repaired the damage and closed everything up the way the insurance wanted us to, but we were really pleased with the creative ideas The Plumber Man gave us that made it possible to add in washer and dryer hookups and venting in a building built in the 60's where none existed before. That means happier tenants, better rent, and a higher property value for us now. They also coordinated really well with other contractors, including asbestos abatement people, carpenters, drywallers, cabinetmakers, and electricians. More than once The Plumber Man has solved problems for us that were created by others. We want to recommend The Plumber Man because he was fast, honest, and reliable and left us and our tenants very satisfied. Probably their photo on their website at www.plumbermaninc.com shows it best--no fancy sales pitch or "spokesmodels", just professional guys that know how to do the work right the first time.
