We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I used to love Zoots: 24 hour drop off, open until 9 on weekdays, open on Sundays even! Email notification when my order is ready, automatic credit card billing! But... twice in the past few months, I've received the wrong clothes. They've temporarily lost some of my shirts. It took them 4 weeks for a repair job; they never repaired 1 pair of pants, and didn't press the other. Discounts and coupons seem to be applied erratically, and you have to pay attention if you want to get the discounts you are owed. Then they seem to have dropped bleach on the cuff of one of my custom-made shirts. And the staff lately seems as if they just can't stand being there. So, back to the local guys. No more sophisticated email-auto-credit-card-billing-high-tech-wizardry for me - I'm back with the guys who know my name and respect their customers.
