I have been in the Scamps store in Salem quite a bit and found them to be very informative and helpfull. There was also an incedent with a ferret return at the Salem store when I was there purchasing reptile supplies. The clerck was very understanding about a biting ferret and children in the home, they offered another ferret or to exchange it for any other pet or merchandise in the store. The person returning the ferret was happy because they decideded on a different pet and put the return price towards thier new purchase. By the time I got up to the counter everyone was happy and it was settled.
I also shop at the other pet stores and I have not found Scamps to be overly high on thier products?? In fact I find, with the exception that they don't have everything I need, that they are much more resonable on what I do get there.
Anyway, I am a happy customer and have ALWAYS been treated good.
