Review content:
My all time favorite gift bags are found at this Papyrus store. They have the most unusual bags and they are really good quality, unlike the Dollar Stores. Because it is an outlet, you do have to think outside the box and shop ahead. Their Christmas line usually comes out in March so stock up on Christmas bags then. You never know, you may happen to find the store when they are in their Dollar Days and everything is a BUCK!
