Good: The new store has more room, a better selection of toys for all ages, a large amount of their toys are out of the package so the kids can play while in the store, They offer great Birthday parties and playdates several times a month. And I almost forgot, free gift wrapping!. Bad: We visit The Duck Store as my children call it, weekly! I don't think there is anything we don't like.. Improvements: I would like to see a frequent buyer program, like they use to do with webkinz.. Other: The staff is very helpful with helping the children find the perfect gift for their friends Birthday. They are also very helpful with making sure that we stay within our budget, by always asking me first what price range we would like to stay in. Let me also add that you can fit a stroller through the aisles, unlike other stores in the area. They post all their sales on Facebook or you can provide them your email and they will contact you that way also. We love The Duck Store!.
