Good: The receptionist were wonderful. Very very friendly.
The whole staff was great. Dr. Brian Forsgren D.V.M. was extreamly friendly and informative and asked questions concerning my cat, explained what was possibly wrong, investigated, and got back with me in a very short time. The bill was very reasonable.
For a first time visit I liked everything about this clinic.Its waiting area is clean, the owners and their pets are very nice so waiting is a good experience.. Bad: I have nothing to say but good things about this clinic.
The clinic is a walk in but I have waited longer for appointments. Its a very orderly process. You are given a number and everyone is served.. Improvements: The clinic is a little out of the way, but well worth taking your pet there.. Other: I will highly recommend anyone to take their pet there. It is an efficent process, and speaking to the other pet owners waiting is also fun.
I could tell the staff loves animals also. It is very good as far as service.
I was a bit apprehensive when I read some the reviews on the receptionists, and found they are nothing but wonderful. I asked their names a number of times. I didn't write them down, but they were there on Thursday evening. Honest all of the staff I came into contact with were great!.
