Review content:
I went there for my annual exam and to have blood work done because my thyroid is bad and I needed a prescription for it. It's been two weeks since I've gone and I haven't received results of my blood work. I've called and even stopped by the office (all I could do was fill out a form and still wait for a call) and I can't get results. It should not take two weeks for blood work results and the office should return my calls in a timely manner (or even just return them period). The exam was too quick and I didn't have any of my concerns addressed as to what might be the issue with me not getting pregnant. I don't really feel like I mattered as a patient. It was get me in, get me out and get someone else in. It's too big, it felt like a madhouse. I've already contacted a different office because I'm so unhappy with the treatment I got from this place.
