We purchased an Odyssey from Johnson City Honda in December, 2009. My wife and I had previously purchased Honda Accords, mine from Bill Gatton and my wife’s from Phil Bachman. This time around, we shopped all three and were able to get by far the best overall deal from Johnson City Honda. We worked with Wayne Kestner, who has a welcomed low-key, no pressure approach. Wayne spent a great deal of time with us to ensure we understood how everything operated (we purchased the Touring package with all the “bells and whistles”, so this was helpful). Also, my wife managed to brush up against the side of our garage with the side bumper less than a month after our purhcase. Shortly thereafter, we went to pick up our tags at the dealership. Not only did Wayne take the time to take our van through their carwash (which is free for customers to use anytime), he also buffed-out the damage that my wife had done to the bumper. Additionally, we were in the neighborhood last weekend and stopped in for a car wash. Because the roads had been covered in salt, there was a long line of people waiting to get a carwash and it was going to be a 45 minute wait. We had our 20-month old daughter with us, so the General Manager (Tom Kelley) drove it around for us and got us out in about 10 minutes. We're very happy with everyone we have dealt with at Johnson City Honda. Special thanks to Wayne Kestner for his exceptional service before, during, and more importantly, after the sale. Definitely give them a chance to win your business and you’ll be happy you did.
