If you know that this store has what you want and where you can find it, it is probably great.
But when I went, the place is a shambles. Half is taken up with the office and has papers files all over the place disorganized as bad as you could imagine. The store is just the same, bits and pieces put on shelves or left in stacks or hung on the walls like some drug-crazed nightmare. And there are two old guys running the place. One of them is in back, the other "serving" customers. I use the " sign correctly. He didn't want to know about my question because he and the guy in back seemed to be having a spat, maybe they are having relationship problems, I don't know.
But it did nothing for my desire to stay there. I left pronto and went to Lowes in Jackson. They might not have everything that this store has (or they may have, I have no clue), but the staff there are polite and aren't anally argumentative with each other.
Save your money, spend it somewhere else. Lowes or Home Depot are not perfect but they would be better than this if they were only open 30 mins per day.
