Dear Schlotzsky's Management,
Adult management at the 8445 Memorial Blvd. Port Arthur 77640 store is sorely needed! This location is the filthiest store I've ever been in. There was not one clean table out of 30+ tables. The floor was and continues to be sticky and dirty everywhere. The worst part, this place lacks pride and has no excuse for being this way.
You had 3 boys and 3 girls working. My wife and I were the only couple besides one other that was in the store for over 30 min. I'm sure there was plenty of time before we got there to have, at least, cleaned a few tables. There is absolutely no excuse in having overflow ice in the coke machine running over into water sloppy mess onto the soup bar and then dripping down to the floor causing a slipping hazard.
Kids don't manage kids in an adult world restaurant where potential illness is difficult to stay ahead of.
This is the 3rd and last time we eat at the Schlotzsky's on 8445 Memorial Blvd. Port Arthur 77640 until the place gets cleaned up with proper and responsible leadership from management!
Call us when this occurs because we are 20 yr Schlotzsky fans and we enjoy the "Original" sandwich, but not to the point of having lazy, sloppy kids preparing them in a filthy atmosphere.
