Review content:
I called Coastal Heating when my a/c quit working as my first choice because their ad boasted 17 years of experience and 24 hour service available. I called them in the morning and they could be here in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went and they never showed up. I called the next morning and told them what had happened and they didn't even know who I was, and didn't know who had taken my call. They told me that "the guy" is sometimes forgetful. They then told me that they wouldn't be able to get here all day either. I told them to forget it then and called someone else. That would've been a total of three days to get my unit fixed...IF they had decided to show up on the third day. I was extremely disappointed and shocked at how unprofessional the service was.
