My first appointment with the staff of First Settlement Physical Therapy was yesterday, October 18. Since it was a first visit there was a great deal of paperwork but I had been told to come early because I would need to fill it out. When the receptionist gave the papers to me she was very kind and was sincere when telling me that if I had any questions she would be happy to help me. During the time it took to fill it out I had the opportunity to observe other patients coming and going and the staff interactions with them - all positive!
Since the problem that I am being treated for is highly personal, the physical therapist and I were in a room alone and not out in the open area. I was made to feel very comfortable in a most awkward situation and was treated with the greatest of dignity.
I know that I will recommend this establishment to others and I am so grateful that my doctor referred me to them.
