I've made several calls in attempt to get my trash cans back to no avail.They took the insert from one of my inside garbage cans and did not return it.When can I expect my brand new cans that I paid x amount of dollars for? Never I've made several attempts to get this and still nothing. Now I have to buy new ones in order to put my trash out properly. So that Waste Managment can pick them up and throw them away, again and again. For almost 5 years I have lived at this same address and for almost 5 years they leave trash sitting or dump it in my yard or in the road or even in the driveway.How much more am I expected to take? None.Plain and simple if I give my name then it will only get worse.So you call and call and call and still no satisfaction.But we pay you to pick our trash and you stead fast leave it behind.Something is definitely wrong with this picture..Service.
