Review content:
Kim's Alterations is located in the Northwoods Shopping Center. It is owned by the one lady Kim, who completes all the jobs. She does a great job sewing and altering. I've had a bridesmaid dress altered and a pair of pants hemmed by her. I have always been happy with the job she does but I do have a couple comlaints. First, there is not really a dressing area. There is a back room with a curtain and that's where you go to change into your outfit that needs altering. I am not completely comfortable with this and feel that there is a lot of room for improvement. The shop is somewhat small and unorganized. Also, it's hard sometimes to communicate with her but after a while it turns out ok. I continue to go here because it's in a convenient location for me, the prices are good, and she does a good job.
