Businiess name:  Rooster's Barn & Grill

Review content:
Roosters Bar & Grill was a big disappointment after having it hyped by friends. My wife loves fried chicken and we were told theirs is tops. The flavor failed to impress her and the puddle of oil on the plate impressed me. I opted for a Buffalo Chicken Wrap which offered a good flavor but oozed a watery liquid from the lettuce and tomatoes. The Chicken wing appetizer was very good and the restaurant offers more hot sauces that I could count. This is definitely the place to go to if you want to experiment with hot sauce. We also tried the Queso Fundido with its mix of cheeses and chorizo. This too had an abundance to oil/grease pooling on the serving dish. But the biggest oddity was the timing of the food service. Having mentioned an interest in the fried chicken my wife was informed that extra time was required to prepare the dish. So upon the prompting we immediately place and order for the fried chicken, the appetizers and drinks. When our drinks came we completed our order, there were four of us in total. The appetizers were delivered with her salad, and about two minutes later her chicken arrived. The rest of us had to wait another 15 to 20 for our meals to arrive. I guess I could excuse this if they were packed, but several tables were available.
