This is a warning for anyone who use Best Cleaners on Florida Avenue in DeLand. My sister but a pair of Air Force One tennis shoe in the cleaners to be clean. She went to pick them up and they could not find them and was told to come back. We went there today and we were told he could not find the shoes and that we need to show him a receipt for him to give us the $65 dollar value for the shoes. We told him that we do not have the receipt, the shoes were purchase at the flea Market back in August and the receipt was not retain. I say all of this to warn you and any family/ friends to make sure you do not take any clothes that you may value to this cleaners. If they allow someone to steal you clothes or damage them management will not recover. This is poor customer services. He allow someone in his school to steal these shoes and for some reason does not think he is responsible for this as the manager/owner of the business.
