Both my wife and myself love to go to CCs and I always get a pepperoni and halopina thin crust whenever we go so last night we decided to go too longwood CCs my wife orderd my usual the manager took the order we waited about 10 minuites when the pizza came it was not a thin crust which we ordered so my wife told the manager and reordered the thin crust when he brought the pizza to our table it just looked like the first pizza and was not a thin crust so we complained again and the manager told us that that was the way they do the thin crust which just looked like a normal crust pizza so i told him that that is not what I ordered and told him that we will never come back ths CCs againWhile we were waiting for my order my wife had some salad which she likes and i had three pieces of garlic bread and a glass of coke it cost us $11.40 just for that and the manager did not even attempt to re emburs our money.
Every CCs we have ever went to has no problem macking a thin crust.
The only rating that i would give to this establishment would be MINUS 10 Stars.
I am not very happy and I think that the manager should be fired and the staff trained to make customers happy.
