Review content:
The Kalamazoo 10 is a good theatre, with stadium seating. However, both my husband and I have been in film rooms where the air was quite stale and moist, as if the air filtering system was not working properly. Likewise, the surround sound is frequently OUT, missing from the production! And some of the front speaker woofers or tweaters, in a couple of theatres there, go in and out. It's intensely annoying and needs to be looked into by the management. Overall this is a nice theatre, though I wish they'd show some foreign films as they promised when they opened. They've never made good on their promise (made in the Kalamazoo Gazette and elsewhere) that they would reserve one theatre for independent films, documentaries, and foreign films. The City is deprived as a result.
