Review content:
This tiny gym houses some of the friendliest, most encouraging people. The gym now seems to boast more female clients than male. The atmosphere is comfortable. Most of the clients look like normal people, not supermodels. The trainers are creative and helpful. I have seen some clients transform their bodies in a matter of weeks. If you are looking for a change, this gym will help you find it.
