I used them to do a simple maintenance check and while they did find something wrong, before you knew it I was pressured to not just decide whether to repair it ($1800) or replace it ($3800!) on the spot but also that they actual came and did the work the same day! What I thought would be a 2 hour lunch checkup turned into an all day affair with me missing work and almost buying into it. They pressure you also by saying whatever you paid for the maintenance inspection will be applied to any work they do ... if you pay them the same day and install/repair it the same day. I called a friend to ask if this price seemed right and he said that anyone who pressures you like that and demands a same day decision is not practicing good business. It's true, the main guy was likeable, knowledgeable (I think) and polite...but I agree with the other reviewer. They will politely rip you off if you let them. Call around to get quotes before you get work done FOR SURE and don't be like me to get pressured into making thousands of dollars in repairs without having the opportunity to do your homework first.
