I am writing to inform you of the experience my wife and I had on our Agentours trip to Moon Palace in Cancun...for our fiftieth wedding anniversary. The first two days were great but then disaster hit - I had a heart attack and was rushed to the local hospital where I stayed for seven days. As soon as the Agentours Representative, Miss Dina WEbster, found out about my condition she was there to help in every way possible. She called to comfort my wife and also called and visited me in the hospital several times and arranged for my return home by having me picked up at the hospital on my release and taken to the airport, as well as making sure I was put on the plane. I can say that Apple Vacations is the only travel company I will use in the future and will tell all my contact of the outstanding treatment that I received. One last thing, I hope Miss Dina Webster receives all the recognition she deserves for her true professionalism.
