My furnace has been giving me trouble for some time now. I looked up the list of contractors on my home warranty list, and decided to go with Quality Air. They sent somebody out the next day. Although they were scheduled between 12-3pm, around 10 am that morning, Quality called me to ask if they could come early. Tony arrived within a half hour, and went right to work. He was quite professional. After he determined the problem, he said he had the part I needed on order, and that I should have it installed within a matter of days. Despite being left with the part which needs to be replaced, my heater has been working a lot better. So at least he tried to make my life more comfortable (and warm!) in the meantime. Up to now, I'm quite impressed!
